By Phone: A customer Service Officer will register you and will read your Personal Siprano Rechargeable PhoneCard ID over the phone
By Mail: A Physical Siprano Rechargeable PhoneCard with the Barcode ID and instruction will be sent to you by mail.

If you apply for an Online Card, there is no need to wait to receive it by mail and you can recharge it with credit cards or the Active Code.
